FAIR PLAY AWARD REPORTS

LVSOA/PIAA officials are expected to submit a Fair Play Report for each varsity game. At the conclusion of the game, the officials are to agree on the fair play rating, and on which official will submit the report.

The Fair Play Report must contain the following information:

• Date of the game
• Officials who worked the game
• Home Team
• Home Team Fair Play rating (scale of 1 to 5, with 5 as the high score)
• Home Team Number of Cautions
• Home Team Number of Disqualifications
• Visiting Team
• Visiting Team Fair Play rating (scale of 1 to 5, with 5 as the high score)
• Visiting Team Number of Cautions
• Visiting Team Number of Disqualifications

Officials are requested to not automatically lower the rating for each caution and/or disqualification. Cautions and disqualifications are included in the calculations for the Fair Play Award.
